We are NovaChem Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotech company. We are looking for a CDMO partner to help with our Phase 1 clinical trial supply for NC-2047, a small molecule kinase inhibitor.

We need GMP manufacturing of approximately 5 kg of API, along with formulation development for an oral capsule. We also need analytical method development and validation, ICH stability studies, and release testing.

Our target IND filing is in Q3 2026, so we would need to start work within the next 2-3 months. The chemistry is well-established with a published 6-step synthesis.
